According to the relevant documents, including the “Notice on the Application Work for the 2025 Integrated Pilot Project of Agricultural Machinery R&D, Manufacturing, and Promotion in Heilongjiang Province,” and following the procedures of applications from city and county levels and expert review, 11 pilot project implementation entities have been identified. The list is hereby announced. The public announcement period is from December 18, 2025, to December 24, 2025. During the announcement period, if there are any objections, please submit them in writing along with necessary supporting materials.
